2. The above mentioned rates are not inclusive of taxes. 12% GST will be extra.
3. In case of cancellation of the room deposit will not be refunded.

5. 50% payment should be made as advance and the remaining 50%payment to be made on arrival itself at check in counter.
6. Children below five years will not be charged (one child below five years per room).
7. Swimming Pool Closed due to Pandemic (COVID 19 regulations).
8. Pets are NOT allowed in the Resort.
9. Outside Drinks and eatables are not allowed in the Resort.
10. CHECK IN TIME 11:00 AM AND CHECK OUT STRICTLY AT 10.00 AM

reserve the rights to change, alter or increase the rates
without any prior notifications irrespective of the changes in
rates on the website, do confirm the current rates of one day
picnic and packages prior to booking or walking in by PHONE
CALL.

It has been observed that
OYO, MakeMyTrip and other internet based
booking platforms have been booking
rooms in our resort which is totally UNAUTHORISED. We have not hired
them as our agents and have no connections with them whatsoever.
Anyone dealing with them will be doing so at
there
own risk.
